Where are you located?

We currently do not have a physical location, but our online store is based in Metro-Atlanta, GA.

Where are your items manufactured?

All jewelry items are handmade in the USA. Other goods are locally sourced or imported by other manufactures and designers.

What is your shipping policy?

Items ship to locations in the Continental United States via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) within 2-5 business days of the purchase date. A tracking number will be provided for all orders and typically arrive between 3-5 business days or standard mail processing times. Please be sure to review your mailing address for accuracy as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect mailing addresses. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange it (7) days from the purchase date for an item(s) of equal value. Returned items must be unworn and undamaged. We reserve the right not to accept an item for an exchange for any reason. Return shipping costs are nonrefundable.
